We provide sponsorships for Humboldt fellows and selected Young Indonesian Scientiests who wish to partcipate in the conference. The requirements for the sponsorship are detailed below. Please submit all documents as a single pdf file to conference.humboldt@upj.ac.id
Humboldt Fellows:
- Complete the pre-registration form.
- Submit a brief CV (maximum two pages) which emphasizes research themes, publications, and achievements.
- Submit an abstract of maximum 500 words on the presentation to be delivered at the conference.
Young Indonesian Scientists Sponsorship:
- Complete the pre-registration form.
- Hold a doctoral degree in the relevant field of the conference. Practitioners and other qualified researchers with relevant experience and qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Involved in research as evidenced by the publication in international and accredited national journals.
- Less than 50 years of age at the time of registration.
- Submit a brief CV (maximum two pages) which emphasizes research themes, publications, and achievements.
- Submit an abstract of maximum 500 words on the presentation to be delivered at the conference.
General Participants:
In case you are not eligible to fulfill the requirements of sponsorship for Humboldt Fellows or Young Indonesian Scientist, you may join the conference as general participants. The conference fee for general partcipants is $150 which covers:
- Access to all plenary, technical, and poster sessions
- Program book
- Seminar kit
- Coffee, snacks, lunches, and Welcome Reception
- The right to present one accepted poster
